Finding your tribe!
It's important to remember that you are not alone. Finding your own tribe—whether through music, shared interests, or support groups—can make a significant difference.
We encourage you to attend events, join communities, and connect with others who share similar experiences. Music can be a powerful way to connect with yourself and others.
Don't be afraid to go to gigs and concerts on your own; you might just discover your new favourite band and meet like-minded people. Just keep yourself safe!
How?
Always let someone know where you are. Always have your mobile phone with you. Don't leave your drink unattended. Be careful getting there and back. Don't go off with anyone you've just met!
