About us-

Hello, we are Julie and Jade, the women behind 'Hunting for Dopamine (... or a vibrational sound!)'.

Julie has combined type ADHD & depression.

Jade is waiting for an NHS neurodivergence assessment & has a severe mental health condition & OCD ( & no, it's not the cleaning up type!).

This blog is our way of sharing our experiences with music, neurodiversity, and mental health.

We are not experts on mental health by any means and would always urge you to find professional help if you need it.

We hope you find something you like on here.

( The blurry photo to the left is of Neil Arthur of the 1980s synthesizer band Blancmange who we were lucky enough to see when he appeared at Nottingham Rescue Rooms in 2024. The group was brilliant! )
